Belt type continuous vacuum packing machine and double chamber vacuum packing machine are 2 types of vacuum packaging equipment with different appearances but exactly the same function: Vacuum and Sealing.

For ordinary size packages, I would always recommend the belt type continuous vacuum packaging machine DZ1000 series, because it's more convenient than double chamber vacuum packaging machine:

1. It's more convenient because of the conveying belt and automatic moving chamber lid controlled by PLC. Operators only need to put the packs at the right place, no more need to handle the chamber lid

2. It's more convenient because operators never need to take the finished packages out of the chamber, the conveying belt does it.

3. It's more convenient because if you have several sets of this belt type continuous vacuum packaging machine working in your factory, you can build a main conveying belt so that the finished packages can be transported to 1 position for the final process to cartons.

Fully automatic thermoforming vacuum packaging machine is very widely used industrial level packing machine for food and on-food products.
It's a multi-function packaging equipment of various designs and machine sizes. You can use it for vacuum packaging, gas flushing packaging, vacuum skin packaging, or simply form and seal.
This machine can automatically thermoform packaging bags or trays by stretching a roll of flexible/rigid plastic film or aluminum foil film to a die set pre-installed in the machine.
After the bags or trays are formed, they move out of the forming chamber and forward to the filling area, where the products are filled automatically or manually. The products to be packed can be food or non-food, solid or liquid products.
After the filling is completed, the bags/trays move forward to the seaing chamber, where they will be sealed by sealing film which is stretched from the upside roller and formed in the sealing film forming chamber (this is optional).
The forming and sealing time is pre-set by the PLC touch screen interface.
After the sealing process, the group of bags/trays move to the cutting section. usually there are two sets of cutting knifes: cross cutting and longitudinal cutting. But for the irregular packages, a set of pre-installed cutting system is used instead of the cross/longitudinal cutting knives.
At last, a conveying belt rotates at the end of the machine to deliver final packages to a main belt or whatever you use to store the packs.
Durint these processes, additional functions may be applied. for example, automatic weighing and filling. Filling machine is a big help in enhancing the packaging efficiency. No matter food or non-food products, solid or liquid products, we can find the right filling machine.
another additional function is date printing. Though printing film is usually used in the thermoforming packaging, with all the information about the product, but you have to print the right time/date and expiry date for the packs. Usually we use ink injection printer or laser printer, we will analyze their advantages and disadvantages in another article.
Though this kind of fully automatic packing machine is widely used on industrial level, many small or medium scale business still can't afford the cost of the machine, which is about USD45000-80000.
